Much of the work that we perform is conducting on-site workshops for private clients and groups. Many of these presentations take place in relatively small to medium size groups.

Leading up to the actual event, we spend time speaking with the workshop organizer to ensure that each presentation exactly fits your needs. We also invite participants to take the FREE Color Code Assessment prior to the session to establish the foundation of the Brilliant Leader Program.

During our workshop we refer frequently to the participant's Core Color Code pie chart display and basic strengths of each behavioral type so that participants can quickly apply what they are learning to help improve specific relationships regardless of whether it's with others in the group, at work, or just life.

Workshops may be scaled up to a half-day schedule, or the time frame may be shortened to 60-minutes if necessary. These workshops are highly engaging as we incorporate the use of visuals, humor, and even hands-on activities, if time permits.

Conference Sessions & Keynote Addresses

We routinely provide speaking services to large conferences in need of Keynote Speakers and / or Breakout Session Presenters. We also cater to smaller groups who may be looking for a speaker to kick off a company meeting in a fresh, new way.

Our keynote addresses are usually delivered from the stage or a podium and typically run approximately 45-minutes to 1-hour in length. They can be expanded or contracted depending on your group's needs. We incorporate the use of visuals, humor, and illustrative stories to bring the Brilliant Leader Potential to your listeners. 

We are very comfortable addressing large, ballroom size groups down to rooms of less than 50-people. In terms of performance, we are top-rated presenters at each of their respective venues and strive to achieve and connect with groups we have the priviledge to meet.

Online with GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar Workshops

While most of our workshops are delivered on-site, we offer the flexibility to online workshops and / or presentations, especially when your travel budget is a consideration. These online sessions are to allow people from all parts of the world to participate.

Some of our online workshops are presented as 2-hour sessions and may be delivered in multiple segments. Individual participants are invited to join in a live webinar setting and may interact with other members of the group and the presenter during the online session.
